On this website you can find all the available information on the Dutch Offshore Wind Atlas (DOWA) project. The DOWA project is executed by the project partners ‘ECN part of TNO’, Whiffle and KNMI and supported with Topsector Energy subsidy from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy.
